When you're ready to move forward, a $2,000 deposit secures your custom floor plan, and you’ll have three revision opportunities to perfect your design.

Once your plan is finalized, we complete detailed pricing and prepare your contract. The best part? Your $2,000 deposit applies as a credit toward your total cost. Plus, every custom plan is structurally engineered for your security and peace of mind.
