Her favorite plan is the Riverside B Elevation, with its “kids space,” oversized pantry, and 3-car garage that she jokes would be perfect for all of her husband Josh’s toys. Ashley describes Precision in three words: Integrity, Service, and Faithful and one of her most memorable client experiences was guiding a kind, Godly woman who had previously been taken advantage of by another builder. The client’s gratitude reminded Ashley how meaningful it is to help people through such a personal process. Outside of work, Ashley loves golfing with her husband, family dinners with their 9-year-old and newborn, and dreaming of a trip to the Amalfi Coast.

Paul describes Precision Homes in three words: Quality, Value, and Transparency, the same principles he brings to his clients as he helps sketch out personalized features like larger closets, porches, or private baths. Outside of work, Paul is a Faith first, family man inspired by his father’s example, a seafood lover with a soft spot for Pappadeaux, and a former garage band guitarist with long, permed hair (We have photos to prove it)!

Amber has been in the homebuilding industry for 20 years and has proudly spent the last 14 with Precision Homes. She loves the people she works with and describes the company in three words: Faithful, Honest, and Genuine. Amber’s favorite floor plan is the Grimes, which she calls “a better version of the Rockport,” and when it comes to custom homes, her must-haves are a giant closet, a master bath, and a walk-in pantry. Outside of work, Amber is a proud grandma, an avid traveler (on a mission to visit every U.S. state), and a lover of music, arts and crafts, and competitive family game nights.

Jason & Jackie Wieghat

Jason & Jackie Wieghat are the fearless leaders of Precision Homes, carrying forward a legacy that began with Jason’s grandfather “Pop.” Since taking over the company after his grandfather’s passing in 2018, Jason has made it his mission to keep Precision at the forefront of the ever-changing homebuilding industry while never losing sight of the integrity and grit it was built on. Both Jason and Jackie are passionate about creating an environment where their team thrives, knowing that when employees are happy and believe in what they do, it shines through in the homes and experiences they create for clients.

For Jason, every plan has something to love, while Jackie’s favorite is the Plantersville model with its master bath, pantry, and flex space upstairs. To them, Precision can be summed up in three words: faith, family, integrity.

When they’re not working, you’ll usually find them together with their girls, whether traveling to livestock shows, spending time in the barn, or sneaking away to the beach. Jackie loves Mexican food, Starbucks iced coffees, and symmetry in design, while Jason leans toward homecooking, western movies, and dreaming of a safe room the rest of the family won’t take over. Their faith and family are at the heart of everything they do, and they consider it a blessing to lead Precision Homes as both a business and a ministry.
